Subprocessors

WriteWiseCoach uses a small number of third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) to run the service. This page lists the subprocessors that may process personal information on our behalf, what they see, and where they process it. This page should be read with our Privacy Policy.
We update this page when a subprocessor is added, removed or has a material change to its role or location.

Notes
- AI provider selection.WriteWiseCoach can be configured to use one AI provider at a time. The deployment’s active provider is the one that receives draft text; the others in the table above are supported alternatives.
- Direct identifiers.Before draft text is submitted to an AI provider, our systems are designed to remove configured direct identifiers held in the student’s account — such as the student’s name and school identifier. See section 5 of the Privacy Policy for detail.
- AI provider retention. Our AI providers may retain submitted content for up to 30 days for service delivery, security and abuse prevention. They do not use API-submitted student content to train or improve general-purpose models.
- File uploads. WriteWiseCoach does not currently store user-uploaded files. If file-upload functionality is added, this page will be updated before it is enabled in production.
- Payments. No payment processor currently handles personal information for WriteWiseCoach.
